yes, looking fwd to seeing updates. its a pretty kick but car.
thanks guys ill let you guys know on any up dates i just hope i didt mess anything up when the belt broke but im sure some vaules are bent and i will need help redoing the timmeing
The 2.4 was a non-interference engine. Toss on a new belt and it should be good to go.
valve to piston it was non-interference. valve to valve they can hit.
still, pop on a new belt and do a compression test to see if it needs more work.

ill put on the new belt and do a compression test what should the compression be 120
alot of stock piston srt motors are in the 150-170 range.
if its lower than that like in the 140's and they are all even, i wouldnt sweat it.
even if its 120 and all even, id run it.
i think some dealer tech info says if they are all above 100psi and even then its fine.
