For those with ANY doubt about TU's customer service and them helping customers...you need not worry! PERIOD!
I bought and installed a TU 6-puck/purple plate clutch incorrectly(didn't put loctite on the pressure plate bolts, unknowingly until a problem with it not releasing arose) and even after having it in the car for 8 months Chris is more than willing to help me out. He answered the phone when most companies would be not even thinking about customers and came up with a solution in very short order.
So, even though this is a performance/race part and I messed up installing it, TU is willing to help me resolve the issue even after a fairly long time. This is basically unheard of in the performance car industry.
Chris, you know I've supported you, your company, and your products since day#1, this just confirms what I've thought all along, and backs up my never ending support for you, your compant, and products.
