87 Shelby Charger Black-Skunk Stripe or Not

Trying to decide if I want to put the stripe back down the middle, as the car is a sunroof car. So the question is, to stripe or not?

Should be easy, do you like the looks of the GLHS better than a regular SC or not? Are you keeping the silver on the bottom and stripe on the lower side?

Yes the lower stripes are going on, just happen to have NOS that I picked up afew weeks ago. My thing is, if it wasn't a sunroof car then they would go on, but being one it kinda gets broken up going across the top with the front windshield, sunroof, and backwindshield. So that's my reasoning in asking.

When I had my 87 Sunroof SC I planned to have it covered to continue the stripe.

    Fuzz,
I think it's a landslide. Put the stripes back on the car. IMO, It's pretty obvious which is the better 'looking" Charger, the Shelby Charger or the GLHS Charger. Sorry GLHS owners, yours may be quicker but not better lookin.

Even in my threads there is 1 that is not striped and 3 that I can't tell if they're striped, but that one has 2 pearl necklaces.

Thanks for cleaning it up. I guess if you like you can go ahead and delete this thread as I think it will get the stripe.

Do it. I had a 84 shelby 2.2HO carb with sunroof and the stripe looked great. IMO looks like something's missing if you don't have all the striping.
