Ive built my Z with all aftermarket products. My question is this, how should I run my vacuum lines, and to where???? I was thinking a block fed from the intake, and tap off of that???? idk, help me out here. Pics would really help.

Factory style Polyurethane vac lines are my favorite. Flow slightly better than stock, bend way better, fit all the stock connectors, won't get brittle over time, are virtually invisible and less intrusive than those big vac blocks that are always in the way. http://www.pnw-sdac.org/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=2652 pics of the setups for my cars.
This is how I run them
pretty minimalist, cuts out that emmission stuff
