Got the SRT4 dynoed this weekend

Well, I decided to go to Eurocharged Performance for their Open House day to check it out and watch a few dyno runs and possibly get my car dynoed. I had filled the car up with 110 before my buddy and I drove out there. We got the car on dyno just before the shop closed and had to wait for everyone that had RWD to finish first before we could switch the dyno around for FWD. I didn't really have the shop tune my car since I wanted to see what the AGP flash tunes I had would do first. The first run was at 25psi, second was on 26psi and then 27psi and the last run spiked 28psi but fell to about 26-27psi and we hit 408whp/470wtq. I was very impressed with the numbers and it's a good starting point to go from. There's probably about 15-20hp and 20-25tq hiding in that car and I plan on finding it next year when I switch from SCT to DSP. The car was running a bit rich down low until the rpm's came up and held 11.2-11.3 at redline and got 3 counts of knock @ 28* degrees of timing. This was also all done on a stock clutch.

They are located in Plainfield. They specialize more into MB's, Crossfires, BMW's and Audi's but they might starting selling DSP's for the SRT4's and when they do I'll have them tune my car.

Yes. I'm not sure who they use. But here's the link from the site on the specs.

Wow, that's insane- i love it! All this on the .48 housing huh? No problems up in the revs with pwr falling off? That's a good testament to the smaller housing.
    DAS Mopar has great workmanship.

AGP Turbo wanted to make a fast spooling turbo that would made amazing power. I think the turbo hits full spool 3200-3300rpms. The Delta 40lb wheel one hits full spool around 3000rpms but makes less power.

Awesome work. Can you scan in the dyno graph? I'd live to see the curve.

The reason you see 351.9hp is cause that was uncorrected power it made and I was told that I add 16% to that and it would give me the true total of power. It made 351.9hp/396.8tq uncorrected.

Wow that's awsome,TQ peak hits fast and HP keeps climbing! My old buddy had an 03, and I actually feel it would have been EASIER to drive with a .63 or bigger housing. We couldn't launch it w/o blowing tires away with that damn stock shitsu wheel.

most dyno use a correction factor of 1% or so. Adding 16% sounds closer to crank HP, Adding 16% for drive line loss. Nice #s nun the less.

I know Mustang dynometer will read very low but this was my first time using a Dyno Dynamics or any dynometer period. I know for proof a fellow Viper owner in our club dynoed on a DynoJet and made around 460hp but on this dyno it only read around 398hp and when he added the 16% it equaled what he made on the DynoJet. There's a guy on the SRTForums with the same turbo that dynoed 418whp/473wtq on pump gas/100% meth @ 27psi and 29* degrees on timing and since my car was boosting about the same as him and and my timing was 1* degree off I felt I was close to his numbers. If I get a chance this year or next year, I'll have it redynoed but on a DynoJet.

Re: Got the SRT4 dynoed this weekend

I made my first passes with the setup at Mopar Nats on 18" street tires. The best run I got was a 13.04@113mph with a 2.3 60' ft. I recently ran the car again at GLD this past Sunday and my first pass was a 13.04@111mph with a 2.2 60' ft. and the rest of the runs in the right lane were making my car spin the hell out of the tires in 2nd gear and was only able to get a 13.3@116mph with a 2.1 60' ft. The car with a better driver unlike me should be a mid-high 12 second car. On slicks it should be about a low 12 to high 11 second car is the fastest I've heard so far and trapping around 122-125mph.
