    85 GLHT in CT

After hemming and hawing for the last couple of months, I've finally put together a web page to sell my 85 GLHT. All information can be found on this page: http://018208f.netsolhost.com/ForSale/85GLHT.htm

As the ad states, I'm looking for $4500 and you have the option of grabbing a bunch of extra/original parts that I have for the car.

    Thanks for looking,

    Jon

    Re: 85 GLHT in CT

The Spirit is my daily driver for the winter and is not for sale. Besides, who wants a boring stock Spirit R/T when you can have the beast of a GLHT that I have for sale?!?!?!

A few things about the GLHT:

-I have brand new decals for the ground effects - I never put them on when I put all the other new decals on the car because I wanted to try to refinish the ground effects, but as happens with many things, I never got to it.

-This is an original non-a/c car, so if you really want to daily drive it, be prepared for hot summer driving.

-The car currently has a Jason Richardson flashable SMEC in it and I have the cable to connect it to a laptop via a serial port, and the switch to allow d-cal to flash the car is installed (as well as a wire hooked into the cruise circuit of the SMEC to run Rob Lloyd's high/low boost routine in his SMEC cals). Depending on how much I get for the car, I may pull this unit out and replace it with a standard socketed smec (I'll burn the same cal onto it though - the cal pretty much rocks with the setup in the car - I built it based off a Rob Lloyd 2.5 cal, but used 87 T2 spark curves and set it up for +20 injectors and 3 bar map)

I'm sure there's tons more I could list, but that's enough for now.

If it was 87 GLHS #141, then I would surely trade. I've been looking for that car for quite a while now.

However, based on your sig, I don't think that's the case. As my ad states - I've got too many cars and I'm really looking to slim down the fleet, so a trade isn't really what I'd want to do.

I thought I read somewhere that you just bought a glht Carroll - you should have bought mine!

Thanks for the compliments on the car though.

To the poster who asked about lowest I would go, the ad says $4500 OBO, which means if you make me an offer close to my price I may consider it. Please don't waste your time (or mine) with an offer that's not even close to the asking price.

    Thanks!

eh - what's a few grand between friends

Besides this one is ready to go. All you would have to do is join the queer parade and put nitrous on it like the rest of us queers and you would have an 11 second car....LOL!

Tell us the truth Jonny...were you part of that club before you bought the nitrous kit or after?

Bump for a nice car! I've seen and run against this car in the past...it's very clean and very quick!
