i bought these about 2 years ago and they've been sitting in my closet ever since.
i decided to go with a different engine so i wont be using them.
these are NEW, include pins and rings.
paid 450.00 from TU
selling for 375.00
the box wasnt even opened till i took these pics today.

yes .901 pins- standard TD size.

I'm in the middle of rebuilding my GLHS #0896 and I've had NO breaks yet. EVERYTHING has turned out to be a huge headache. It is a 2.2 TII that came in the GLHS. Will these pistons even work? I mean, with my rods and everything? I know I may have to increase the rod hole a bit but, that's OK.
So, what do ya say bro?

These are hybrid pistons so the dish will probably be a different size than stock and might change your compression ratios.

i ordered these with slightly higher compression- 8.5:1 versus 8.1:1 - they're like a flat-top piston with valve reliefs if you look in the pic

uh no, these are made for running a 16v 2.4 head on a 2.2 block.
oh and at the moment, several people are interested, but are either trying to get money together or convince their wife etc, so these are still up for grabs.
im in the same boat or i would have pm'd ya, i know what there for, i just like to flat top idea for my g-head, or e-85 swirl head turbo project
well i planned on running E85 which was why i ordered the higher comp ratio.
so i guess thats a no on my offer.....
