Well duh, you should think about what you just posted with all it implies.

people work in a system that overly benefits a slim minority,
Oh? If you have a job, then you are beneficiary of "a slim minority"

There are a large number of business owners who have people under their employ, you act like they are evil.

    I owned a business, am I evil?

Wow, did we ever get off track here! Too bad every other discussion ends up being political. I was curious to the Chinese cylinder head thread and now we are back in the Lounge.

Yes, let's keep it on topic. Besides, you don't want me to comment on how *most* business owners never worked manual labor in their lives, yet act like their 40-80 hours behind the phone counts as "working hard" where you are not.

well you respond with "a poor man never gave anyone a job" seemed pretty stupid to me, how else do you respond to your retarded statement?
are you trying to say we need rich people to lord over us?

yes a slim minority who keep us in scarcity so we fight real damn hard with each other for paper instead of working together in our community were too busy cutting each others throats to get ahead.

Nothing retarded about it, the fact you think it is stupid states volumes about how you think.

are you trying to say we need rich people to lord over us?
Does my boss lord over me? I could walk out the door tomorrow.

You try to equate power of the gun (Chinese labor force) vs the free market labor.

working together in our community were too busy cutting each others throats to get ahead.
Working together... where have I head that before?

    Communisum sinks all boats.

its more the system thats needs to change. and greed is evil. yes.
    Self interest is never evil.

I don't know you, you tell me. hey how many employees are you up too?
Does it matter if it is one of one thousand?

To the worker the boss is the boss.

If I had one worker and fired them tomorrow, what is the difference to the worker? None at all.

Im not talking about small or even medium businesses' your just as much a pawn as the homeless dude down the street.
Oh? You seem to think you are powerless, you do have options but would rather cry about how the system is so unfair to you!

Got a news flash for you sport, we all work till we die that is the nature of life.

Considering what the life span is now in the US, not a bad deal either. 200 years ago if you made it to 40 your were an old man.

I have no problem taking this to private message, if you are inclined to listen.

Mods, you can go ahead and lock this one. I got the information I needed, then it went political.

Sad, isn't it. Starting to get like that other site.
Honestly, if I wanted political views, I wouldn't go to a car forum.

Then when people introduce politics into a non-political thread warn them (myself included)

I have a problem standing idly by while someone compares my home to red china.

Looks like WickedShelby88 started it. Hey, I'm all for defending your position and responding to negative comments, but it just seems to happen all too often, opinions take over and simple tech questions turn into political views and here we are. It's a big turn off and it is annoying to sort through nonsense when I'm trying to read about car stuff.
    I'm done.

    Re: Chinese Cylinder Head

Damn....I try to stay out of these fiascos(or start them myself and sit back....lol), but that youtube vid makes me laugh. Capatalism is so ungodly flawed, but it works the best so don't rock the boat. That video is soooo old. Look at where we are now. "Capatalism" caused the mortgage issues and the unemployment rate to jump.
I'm not saying Communism is the way to go, but if you could take the "excess" greed out of the equation, there would be more for the lower classes. I don't have a problem with a guy who started a business years ago living a comfy life and not killing himself everyday now that the business is bigger and the burden is not solely on his shoulders. Just because someone is CEO doesn't mean he is getting any real work done, however.
Using the arguments I've heard on here, the upper management and everyone below them are competent and they know what needs done and how to do it. That is why they were hired for the part. Other than some figurehead work(the board of directors does much of it), CEO's produce very little.
Not saying they haven't worked hard or done their time, but others have and they make a comfy living, but not 25 mil a year plus bonus's.

If you want to lock it, I have no problem with it. Gives me the last word.

    Re: Chinese Cylinder Head

I do apologize for my somewhat opinionated response for which I believe had some relevance to the quality of the head in question. I personally had not had good experience with Chinese sourced parts and had spoken with others whose manufacturing base was slowly weaning themselves away from them due to quality issues. I have also heard that AFR heads are chinese castings as well and some people swear by them so I believe it is hit or miss.
