I installed one in my car a couple days ago. And it seems to be working good so far car has been staying alot cooler. But i also did a thermostat change to a 180 and a new eletric fan and a water pump all at the same time. I have one in my 89 Horizon. About 1/3 of it resides behind a 944 intercooler (5 inch high, 5 inch deep). So far so good.

I wanted to try one last year or early this year but no one had used one plus I had a customer with one in his Omni, 180 stat and it runs around 195-200 deg's,

Yeah it throws the flow off.
