What year is the 2nd gen cluster out of? Can the carbon fiber insert be removed? Looking for a cluster with a tach for my 05'. Have any more 2nd gen stuff?

It's out of a 2001 2nd gen Neon. You can pull it off if you really want to. I also have a 2nd gen rear sway bar setup.

It's all good. They will fit any 84 up Chrysler that uses a square radio.
