    Hot off the Mill, new TFB Fabrication products



    52mm and 60mm Neon flanges with the AIS slot already cut in

    also added 52mm 2.2/2.5/3.0/3.3 ect.. flanges to the list

    will be added to the temp. page TFB Fabrication products

    $20 ea. plus shipping (usually $5)

    Nice work,

    nice work, BUT why cut a slot for the AIS? The TB already has that cast into it. No real need for one in the flange.

    Thanks guys

    The 95-99 neons don't have the cut out in the TB like the rest of the dodge family
    even the 2.4 stratus has the notch in the TB

    nope the neon has to be special

    Here is a pic of a Turbo 46mm tb vs a Neon 52mm. The blue arrow points to the notch we milled in the TB for idle airflow. Normally that notch is not there, and there is a seperate passage in the intake manifold for idle air. Don't know why, but that's the way it is. But anyway, thats why flanges need this notch.

    I appologize for the pic quality. It was a long time ago. The pic was taken on a film camera and then scanned in using a crappy scanner, probably 10 years ago.
