Selling my '89 Shelby CSX-VNT #299/500 because I have too many projects and have very little, to no interest in this particular one. The car is in too good of condition to part out. I will not sell it to somebody who is just looking to cut it up and make money off of it. Worst case scenario, I will find a storage unit and stash it away for however many years it takes for me to get motivated to work on it. Here's the specs:
-This CSX does NOT run/drive. It is a PROJECT car.
-Factory Recaro seat car (drivers seat has bolster damage)
-All Shelby items intact (minus front airdam) - Shelby serial plate, numbered dash plaque, rear spoiler, side skirts, rear airdam, (4) fiberrides, Shelby valve cover, Shelby embroided seats/door panels (Recaro buckets), gold "CSX" dash emblem, rear "CS" medallion, Shelby steering wheel and horn button.
-Car has been off the road for at least 10 years (previous owner parked it when the turbo went out on it).
-Head is off the engine and in the trunk
-Engine block and A555 transmission are still mounted in the engine bay. Bottom end has grease coating the cylinder walls to prevent rust (previous owner did this years ago).
-Wiring/computer are all there and look to be uncut/in good condition.
-Body is in overall good shape. Doesn't have the typical p-body "roof dent".
-Spare tire well needs patched (have a good condition replacement that will be included)
-170,xxx miles showing on odometer
-Clean title in my name
