Hmmm... interesting to see toshiba eeproms mentioned above. I have couple native '93v6 sbecs here, i assume them to be sbec2, too.
They have sgs-thomson m28f256 eeprom and need 12v-pp.
So whats going on here?
I will post the .bin(s) as soon as i manage to transform the bin into usable state. They look somehow x'ored or bitwise manipulated to me.
I used the 'ancient' chad's smecflash-foobar tool with wine under linux using usb fti-cable (homebrew with inverted rx/tx).
