it's still good.

Part number 5227351 was superseded by part number 4638256.

Q2: How can I bench test one to know for sure?

Turbo are 2 bar maps.

The only way to test them is too hook up to 5 volts, ground then apply pressure and see if the voltage goes above 2.5 volts.
