Word. 2.4L stratus runners. Gonna take her for a road trip tomorrow. 200 miles to arkansas. I have the overflow hooked up, battery bolted down, exhaust is done & all the way out the back instead of dumping, new hd shocks out back, 180dg tstat cycling perfect, everything seems in order. When I get back it'll be more tuning so I can get this thing to the track to see what she runs.

Can you post up some pics of the van from about 20 feet away, I would like to see what it looks like from the outside.

No problem. I will post more pics after the weekend. I haven't done any body work to it since I saved it from the salvage in 2006. The van is not much to look at but it will get some paint, lowered 2", and some 17"srt-4 wheels next year. I spent too much on the engine and trans already lol.

The van did make it up here to arkansas, about 200 miles no problems and I got 200 miles on half a tank so it's not too bad. I did a coolant mod on it because I had a bad hot spot on the #1 cylinder due to me moving the tstat to the other end of the head. I'll post pics of it too. The exhaust was dumping at the axle, I had it brought out past the bumper. It's a full 3" exhaust with a straight thru dynomax muffler, no cat, and it's nice and quiet cruising. New hd shocks out back made the sharp ozark curves a breeze. I'm glad to see it make this journey after sitting for 3 years.

Damn, I never got even close to those numbers, not even stockish, best I ever got was 17 mpg and that was babying the crap out of it.

How did you get 2.70 gears? I've had 2.60 for a few years now.

How far do you go on a tank of fuel? Mine weighs 3600 lbs with me in it.
