    My hybrid minivan

    Here's a list of mods:
    Block; 2.5L stock block, Forged venolia pistons from FWD performance, Crank stock turned .01 .01, rods resized on both ends, ARP rod studs (FWD), ARP head studs (FWD), Block machined to fit the stratus head, block decked (maybe.005") balance shafts removed

    Head; DOHC from 99 stratus 2.4L. machined to fit the 2.5L block, cnc ported exhaust, backcut valves, valve job, 3 oil return ports, mopar mls head gasket.

    Turbo;Garrett GT2871r. ATP T3 inlet .63ar scroll, ported wastegate exit, ATP ultimate internal wastegate 3" id v-band exit, .5ar gt30 compressor housing.

    Header; 100% stainless. Flanges made by myself, tees ordered from ebay. All the welding was done by greg at the shop.

    Intake; stock stratus runners cut off and welded (greg at the shop) to a 4" oxygen tank my buddy found in the trunk of his car, stratus tb flange, 52mm TB.

    Fuel rail; made it myself at the shop, has a .5" id thru it.

    Cam gears; Made those at the shop, adjustable up to 8dg

    Injectors; 85pph bought from diy, new harness

    Magnecore plug wires from FWD, GM 3 bar map (FWD), socketed smec I'm still tuning on.

    Custom shroud made by the sheet metal boys at the shop, jegs 14" fan, Summit alum radiator w automatic trans cooler

    Ebay FMIC w 2.5" tubing, turbo xs bov

    Trans; I built it with all the mods, stock converter (need one with torrington bearings, maybe next year)

    The funniest part is that so many of us including myself have pics like that I hardly notice anymore. I recall reading several "don't let the wife find a trans in the tub" threads in the TD days. I always thought those were funny.

    LOL yeah she was a little taken back by my ambition until she rode in it, now she gets it. I don't even have a garage now, had to give it up for a 4th bedroom so had to use the dining room yeah. Hey gotta keep it real, totally professional. Plus it was air conditioned.

    Why aren't you running an overflow tank on the rad?

    He's 15. I have the overflow tank just haven't installed it yet.

    Thanks simon, yeah the other day he was like "hey do you think I could maybe drive the minivan, you know harness the power?" I've been waiting a long time to hear him ask that. I let him drive, he part throttled it to about 5psi and had the sickest grin on his face. I think he's addicted already lol.
