It has been in the planning since last years event when about 30 TS members did the cruise/luncheon/track. It has grown into a real event-Printed color flyers, sponsored meal (thanks Shelby Autos Inc) a bunch of giveaways, shirts, goody bags-all the swag.
Today, first day was a meet at a 'private' car collection/museum. Holy Smokes there were some nice rides in there! For $500/month you can keep a car stored there but the best part is you have use of the 'clubhouse' Bar, pool table, bigscreen TV's, overstuffed leather chairs and couches the whole shebang Ivite 35 freinds over for vids and pool no problem. the $500. a month-a little tougher to handle So after a few hours of caviar and Perrier sparkling waters, 2 Shelby Dodges (my GLHS and Larry M's very clean CSX VNT) and 50+ '04 and up Shelby Fords took off outta there around noon to cruise up Hwy 2 Angeles Crest Hwy and have lunch at historic Newcombs Ranch. Photo shoots and all that jazz were the tasks of the day. On the track layout map it looks interesting

So far everything is working bitchen and I ran the whole day at a conservative 14PSI boost. Tomorrow at the track I'll crank it up some...
