I would be eternally greatful to the person/people that could scan those magazines! I'd seen them in the past at a friend's house a LONG time ago, but he lost them! GRRRR!!!!

Since (according to Steve) I am real old, count me out on scanning them in PDF files. Apparently with one foot in the grave, I have no time to waste scanning 184 pages of 25 year old material. I'll leave that to the young whippersnappers in TD land. Now where did I put those keys to all my GLHT's?

Mines getting machined down, the only good one I could find was an old carb'd unit. I weighed it, 1205 grams, and I'll reweigh it when I get it back. Coupled with my aluminium cam gear which I will also gun drill, this should be a nice weight reduction,

Are you saying you are going to put on an aluminum cam gear on your intermediate shaft? If so, where did you get the aluminum cam gear?

How do you gun drill a cam gear?

Round tooth or square tooth? How'd you find the specs on the timing belt profile?

I had one built, custom for my TIII, the guy hand made it as he works for a massive machine shop and couldn't get the correct cutter for the teeth, doesn't exist, Its solid so I am going to gun drill it to further reduce its weight-

Both those profiles are around, I'll contact my machinest again and see what he says.

Pick up my lightened aux shaft later today.

I think you mean you are going to drill it for less weight, also known as lighting holes. You can gun drill your intermetiate shaft. Is that what you mean?

Also, you say the cutter isn't available, then you say they are available?
