Nothing wrong with them, except price. Wouldn't surprise me that the OEM is a BW or other brand.

I've had bad luck with aftermarket HEPS. Other than that, I havent really had any issues.

Duralast branded electrical parts are made by Wells MFG Corp, There fine.

I know I'll catch crap for this but when I replaced the HEP I bought the duralast/wells one from autozone. I still have the original in the trunk along with a screwdriver but its been 6 weeks now with no problems.

Re: Duralast tps or Borg Warner (Throttle position sensor)

When i did my t2 conversion 6 yrs ago, I got a new tps from pep boys. Think it was a Bw but not so sure. I kept getting a tps code. I recently decided to work on the car again and after testing the sweep of tps, it turned out to be bad. I don't think I could warranty it 6 yrs later, but it has zero miles on it. I went with the JY one sitting on one of my TB's, works great.
As parts go, its hit and miss. I got a Napa starter relay and 2 mos later i had the same no start prob. warrantied out the solenoid and 1 week later it did it again. I bought an auto zone relay, and haven't had a problem since. At least make sure you get a good warranty.
