Hello all, Well I finally got the car running and took it for a ride last night.(yes my life insurance is paid up) A few bugs , but it ran good. The digital dash tachometer is not working. All other gauges work. Any suggestions? Keep in mind this is a motor swap. Don't know if it was working before the engine change.Thanks for your help.
Do you have wiring diagrams to show which wire feeds the signal to the tach? Have you checked for a signal if you do?
I took the dash off. Touched the tach and it lit up and works. I don't know if it is a seperate plug in unit or what. The connection is rather sloppy. If I can shim it a little or a spot of super glue ,it might do the trick.Thanks.
