I'm not sure this is the answer you're after, but here goes.
Injector pulsewidth controls the time the injector is open. The size of the fuel injector (stock, +20's, +40's) and the pressure are what help determine the amount of fuel being injected.
If you mean what is the major input recieved by the computer that decides the pulse width, TPS, coolant, RPM, and MAP and all big players in that decision making process the computer does. I wouldn't give any of them more say that any other.
If you're talking custom cal stuff, it's out of my league.
If you have a computer with fuel trim, minor adjustments will be compensated for, making them moot.
If you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, you could try turning it down a couple pounds, while keeping a close eye on your gagues.
