I have one. It is slow to react.
Shoot it with WD 40 or PB Blaster. Most have a hole for oiling?
Or get the ones from Buicks or Olds.
Never mind. Just looking for something different......
Want a different horn? Check out this website, the videos are hilarious!

You can get Fiam horns from Harbour Freight tools. 2 or 3 horns. Or the auto chains also sell them.
They are the high screeching ones.
I have a horn assm. out of an '87 Pacifica. I was never able to get it work with the OEM factory compressor (marked "Fiamm", not Mopar), but it will sound with 12-20# of compressed air. I am not an airhorn expert--so I don't know if this test means it's OK, just that it works with 12-20# of air from my shop compressor.
I looked into purchasing a replacement compressor at one time and the people at Fiamm (USA) were able to provide a p/n based on the m/n of horn. That was as far as I got with it.
Let me know if you're interested.
I was able to buy a new FIAMM compressor on ebay. I belive the compressor that comes with some of the FIAMM kits at most chain parts stores is a dirrect replacement for the old Mopar-FIAMM unit. I did have a hard time finding a good horn though. I ended up buying 3 horns before I got a good one. I took one of the bad ones apart and found the metal diaphrams inside were all corroded-rusty. These were standard on the 85 Laser XE, 87 Daytona Pacifica, and the 89-91 Maserati TC. Several 80's europeon sports cars used the same horn.

Decided to go with new stuff, even if it's not quite Mopar correct. Tired of old crap that doesn't work right.
