Current bar is 1 1/8 on the entire length and with trashed bushings seems to do ok. Is there anything larger from the factory like on a R/T or Shelby model Daytona thats a larger diameter ?

I thought that also but the biggest bushings offered aftermarket (for factory sized bars) is 1 1/8.
yea well they're wrong. my 87 shelbyZ and all the 86-90 big bars are 1 1/4". They do neck down on the very ends so you have to use smaller bushings if you stick with a stock setup. I didn't so I don't know what size it necks down too. But the large 91+ bars don't neck down. I don't know what size they are though.
I don't think even R/T's got 1 1/4, I believe the largest cast bar is 1 1/8". If I get motivated, I'll measure my R/T's.

91'+ Daytona Shelby's got the 1 1/8" front sway bar
Correct, largest "factory" bar is 1-1/8 inch. To do the larger 1-1/4 inch bar you would need to go with a endlink style bar. Make it yourself or get it from PolyBushings if you want to go to the larger bar.
