Here's a rare one..a REAL Phantom R/T that was somehow titled in the US. Yes it is a TIII 5 speed.

There has to be a way. I see 90's Mexican Beetles for sale often and they are titled correctly.

A little history on this Phantom R/T DOHC. A Mexican owner (not sure that it was the original owner) was driving it in Texas when he blew the engine near Cindy's. The car ended up at Cindy's and was sold to a US owner (I don't know the name) then he sold it to Will Long (Detroit area). Will pulled the blown engine and replaced it was a known good 91 T-III engine and did a FULL repaint on the car. I have some more pics of it, that I will get uploaded soon. It has a factory alarm with a Chrome Key Lock on the Drivers Rear Fender, and the Coupe has re-enforcements on the frame similar to the additional re-enforments on a Lebaron Conv. and it has the 170 mph Speedometer. Will has been working on this car for 2 years, and this was it's debut. Thanks for bringing it out Will! Nice job on the restore!

BTW: He also won his class in car show! No surprise there. Congrats, Will!

The van on the back of the tow truck is getting helped off the curb it drove over. I saw it before the tow got there. Don't know how he did it but there is about a four foot drop on thr other side of that curb.
