factory style boost control is set to 18psi.
reduced timing after stock boost levels.
increased part throttle fuel after 6psi.
more PumpingEfficiency fuel.
no overboost.
no speed limiter.
24mph low end cruise control. unlimited top speed cruise control.
~4000 rpm staging limiter.
check engine light blink on knock.
boost should fall to 14psi (factory electronic control) if knock is detected.
let me know how it behaves.

I'm surprised it's so lean. Do you have Mopar injectors, or injectors rated at 43.5PSI? If it's still running rich after a few minutes, I don't know that the starting fuel tables would be the culprit. I generally have the exact opposite problem, in that I'm way too lean at idle, and I have to up the part throttle fuel table at the vacuum I'm idling at.
I have +40's with the fully ported top end, I'm not sure why it's so rich

Find the fuelbaselinefrommap in fuel and running then low the dots at your idle vacuum.
Tailgate at your own risk.
