factory style boost control is set to 18psi.

reduced timing after stock boost levels.

increased part throttle fuel after 6psi.

    more PumpingEfficiency fuel.

    no overboost.

    no speed limiter.

24mph low end cruise control. unlimited top speed cruise control.

    ~4000 rpm staging limiter.

check engine light blink on knock.

boost should fall to 14psi (factory electronic control) if knock is detected.

let me know how it behaves.

Thank you so much! The van is parked for the winter but I will flash it as soon as I get the head swapped after the snow melts and it gets above 10 degrees here and I will let you know!

I'm surprised it's so lean. Do you have Mopar injectors, or injectors rated at 43.5PSI? If it's still running rich after a few minutes, I don't know that the starting fuel tables would be the culprit. I generally have the exact opposite problem, in that I'm way too lean at idle, and I have to up the part throttle fuel table at the vacuum I'm idling at.

I have +40's with the fully ported top end, I'm not sure why it's so rich

Find the fuelbaselinefrommap in fuel and running then low the dots at your idle vacuum.

    is the tune I did?

Here is a slight rescale of the injector size based fueling.

    90SleeperVan58lb.zip

    What is your fuel pressure?

    Thanks,

    Brian

Pressure is the stock 55 psi base, and I'll give that one a shot, thank you!

This is the error notice I received when I tried to open the 58lb cal. Do I have to add a 58lb injector size to my program for this to go away? I think I have a 55 and 60lb setting built in

i flashed this one and idling in my driveway it idles at like 11.4 which is better than the 4.1 cal i was playing with but when i hit the gas it breaks up through the entire rev range and goes super lean and backfires like crazy

you need to add the injector value of 58 to the program.

hmmmm.... i wonder if the 58 thing messed it up.

go back to the original and see how it runs after warmup. start it and quickly try to drive around gently to get it warmed up fast and see how the warmed up driving conditions are.

if normal warmed up driving conditions are good, we can remap the warmup.

I had already warmed it up with another cal, flashed the first 3.1 you sent me and it just kept breaking up

    Re: Turbonator SBEC Codebase

oh wait.... the original cal that i did was for the stock head/manifolds that you had in the list of the original setup.

so the pumping efficiency is going to need to be changed for the ported everything.

do you have head flow numbers for your head?

    Thanks,

    Brian
