    I'm liking my odds here
5spd stock bodied blue daytona on streets (for now) holset351 on custom header lacking wastegate. FORD TB 16v head.

I might actually have a chance. I can pull an exhaust valve, which if I run real rich might act as antilag, pull the slicks off the mustang and put them in the back (just says slicks in the back-dosent say RWD!)

I'm liking this "Jact up Reeves trophey 8 class"!

If that includes MAP sensors I think we're back around to Ken's original rule..

How about all minibikes are limited to 50hp shots of nitrous...

All L-bodies must run over-the-axle rear-exiting exhaust with muffler.

All Quick 8 cars limited to 2.3 liters of displacement.

All Quick 8 cars limited to use of 3 forward gears. Which three? Oponent's choice.

All Q8 cars with manual transmissions are limited to 33pph injectors. Yes, 4 of them.

Re: New rules for drag racing....

You guys are slowing things down to the point that the Spurt might have a chance to run! I think I might be one of the few that may meet those rules! (2.2L, stick shift, 4 doors, I can run through the traps in 3rd gear, no N2O, stock wheelbase, no lift off front end, no slicks, no Chevy parts, etc.)

BTW does "No Chevy parts" include running a GM 3 Bar MAP sensor?!? I'm good!

You're fine. Technically it's a Pontiac part, not a Chevy part

I'm still running the stock 2 Bar and Reeves is running a generic 4 Bar. No GM stuff at all between us.

Well, if you look at it in the right (or wrong) context... 15psi + 15psi = 30psi no? ;-)
