    codes 13 and 37

alright, I just got my car back on the road. I was on my way home when the check angine light came on and the air fuel gauge began to show a little richer than normal so I pulled off the road. I had the problem of the map/fuel regualtor vaccum line blowing off where the four hoses go into the one at the manifold. I siliconed it on and drove it home 15 miles only to have the check engine light come on as I pull into the drive way. Low and behold the line came out 1/4 inch again so I teed into the purge-manifold line to get vaccum and blocked off the hole at the 4-way. I cleared the codes, start the car, and it idles well for about 10 seconds then check engine light comes on, idle drops and then climbs up to 1500 and a little puff of dark smoke comes out and the air fuel shows rich. check the codes and I now have a 13 and 37. Ran theough all the vaccum lines according to the diagram and all shows to be correct. anyone?
