How are you getting to 2.8L? Are you punching out/stroking a 2.4 (if that's possible?)

its a stroker crank with a .100" overbore
were going with the street version .
The block is the same...so why is it a "big block"? small block + overbore is not a big block. That said...good luck. I hope she works out for you...

I few week ago when I was in the shop that has been working on my 2l crank FOR TO MANY MONTHS TO COUNT, they had a whole bunch of 2.4 cranks marked DCR on them...
