Transmission mount for 523 conversion

I will be putting a 523 from a '94 Shadow in my '86 Daytona soon. I kept the trans mount / bracket bolted to the trans when I got it at the JY. So I have the '86 mount and the '94 mount.

Which one do I need to use? The one for the car or the one for the trans?

you need to use the 86 small mount and bracket

you may have to grind a little on the mount to get it to line up with the bolt holes if the original trans was a 525.

+1 I really thought there would be more to it once I realized that I would need to use the earlier bracket on the latter trans. It was nice to do just a little work and have it bolt right up.
