Did he also convert it to 5spd? Because if thats the same guy he sold the complete 5spd swap setup to me on ebay and then never shipped it. I had to get my money back filing a claim through ebay.

It should make OUR community as a whole upset as that Mini Van was very rare.
Maybe saving our vehicles doe not mean anything to some but I was hoping for a different outcome for S-T-R-E-T-C-H.
Very rare, I have only seen one other in a junkyard and posted pictures of it.

People who are so hard up for money that getting $200 in scrap metal for chunking a rare vehicle seems worth it, are pretty lame. Part of the reason i have so many cars is that i've NEVER sold anything 'just for the money'. I guess that's one of the upshots of owning mostly cheap vehicles. They don't tempt you to turn them into cash because they're worth so little it's almost not worth just the effort involved in selling them. Unless you are super damn broke and make really bad decisions, i guess.
I once scrapped an 87 shadow ES t1/5spd after using it as a 5spd donor for my first 5spd swap back in the day. I didn't realize they were rare back then. I also helped part a vnt daytona but all of that stuff lived on elsewhere.

You do realize it was a $500 minivan? Right? People treated it as... a $500 minivan, use it until it became useless than crush the rest.
Being rare doesn't mean it's worth anything to everyone.
