Turbo oil drain back flange question....

Does any body know if the Oil Drain back flange from the stock turbo is the same as the flange for a standard garrett t04b turbocharger.

I am hooking up the drain on the new turbo im running but am having some troubles since the flange I got is a machined piece, and when I use fitting it puts everyting below where the factory drain back tube is in the block. You cant have oil sitting in the drain back tube. The factory oil drain tube is almost at a 90 degree angle and would work nicely.

If its the same, and somebody has one I need one. If not then I will have to cut out a flange and do some more welding.
