3.0 trans interchange

Which trannys will bolt up to the 3.0 chrysler engine and what would they have come in? I have a 3.0 from an 88 voyager and am looking for a 5 speed.

the 5 speed A543 can be found in 90-93 Daytona, Lebaron, Shadow and Sundance.
The transmissions that came with the 3.0 over the years were the a604 4 speed (long dipstick tube), a670 3 speed (dipstick in the case), and A543 5 speed.

from what I've read the a604's are kinda crappy. How well do the a670's hold up?

A670 is the A413 so built properly, they can take it.

The A604 is stout piece but the factory controller blows so you need to run an aftermarket unit. I have a thread on it, search my name for it.

They do 200,000 miles with neglect and intermittent service, and a further 12,000 after you grenade an LSD experiment in them. After that you seem to need another
