Price drop to $1000, but that price is firm...it's a steal for this nice of condition rare truck.

You forgot the other TD line: I'd buy it if you were closer! Seriously, though, if you wanted to take a road trip down to GA with it, I'd pay your gas and buy you a plane ticket back to Harrisburg (in a few weeks when a ticket can be had for $79 vs. $500-800 now-ish).

Just sayin...nice truck, I'd like to have it!

I'm always up for a road trip, but not quite that far! I could meet you in North Carolina or something on a saturday if you'd give me $1100. I could make it a weekend event for the wife and I and stay overnight in NC somewhere saturday night. If you'd be up for that let me know.

Yeah you can get tickets direct from Harrisburg to Orlando for under a hundred bucks, sweet deal. I just don't like driving by myself that far!

    Re: 1990 Dakota 2.5L 5 speed FS!

With a recent death in the family and a (badass) Daytona project that needs my attention, my free time (ie, weekends) is kind of at a premium right now. I am very interested, and would be willing to meet in Charlotte (or maybe a little closer to you, if you had somewhere specific in mind), but I just can't work it in until probably after mid-June...at that price I'm sure it will sell sooner, but please keep me in mind.

    Thanks,
    Evan

Few things I forgot to mentioned that were replaced-

    Front windshield
    Clutch master cylinder
    clutch slave cylinder

I also have a spare radiator for it, cause they are hard to come by and expensive to buy new.

Hey moparzrule, by chance, you wouldn't still have this '90 club cab would you? I've been looking for one of these and I just missed one down near Atlanta. I would sure be interested if you still have it. Thanks.

I've got a 95 club cab sitting in the back yard, it's a V-6 5speed but the trans will bolt to a 2.2/2.5 Turbo

Right next to Summit Racing in Tallmadge Ohio.

how it that? The v6 has the small block bellhousing.

    Re: 1990 Dakota 2.5L 5 speed FS!

I've got a 93 v-6 trans bolted to my T2 2.5 Dakota right now..... The interchange shows 88-96 manuals interchanging with the V-6 (according to the guy at the JY where I had to buy the trans - it used a different spline count clutch disc than the 90 2.5 TBI - but other than that it bolted right up!) The tricky part was finding the 4cyl tranny mount (had to go to the dealer) as the v-6 mount is all that's available through Anchor (Brand carried by advance & Autozone).

Now, that doesn't mean that the later model 2.5 Dakota motors will bolt up as they're not the 2.2/2.5 but rather the Jeep 2.5

I'll have to make this quick before I get shot for bumping such an old thread just to say this: Nossir! This truck is my daily driver to this day, Matt! I replaced that old HG back when, and then...well, let's just say it just turned over 217K the other day! Thanks again, sir!
