if not i think im gonna just do the .91 transfers and a trans with a lockup to drop highway rpm's

You could, if you got a 604/4cyl case from Mexico. They had the 604 mated to the common block down there. But, we never got it up here...
The .91 gears do a pretty good job of dropping the RPM's on the highway. My Spirit cruises at about 3000 RPM at 80mph with the .91 gears in a non lockup trans. Made a pretty big difference on the highway. I thought about swapping in a lockup trans but I'm not sure how much difference it would make at highway speeds.
