I tried drilling one out once, No go busted the drill bit off in it. I'd try and just source a new caliper.

+1 on new caliper or bleed it through the banjo bolt

getting speed bleeders mean you're still gonna need to get the other one out.

A small easy out might work. Make sure to use a torch to heat it up first. I would give it a 50/50 chance for it to work.

yeah take the caliper off, take it all apart and take all the rubber and heat sensitive parts off of it (piston, seal, slide pin booties etc) and get out the torch. one on the inside where the bleeder seats and another (if possible) on the outside. get that whole area red hot and then let it cool.

then try an easy out inside the bleed screw. you may want to drill it out a little so you can use a larger easy out.

do you have 87 calipers or later? 87 have the caliper parking brake (i have a spare i can bring to sdac for you) and later have the drum parking brake (i dont have a spare of those)
