What would you recommend for clutch/pressure plate?

I have a 1988 Lebaron that is going to be getting a engine/transmission swap in the next month or two. I am aiming for approximately 400 horsepower from a built up 2.2 Turbo IV engine with intercooler and ball bearing turbo.

I just rebuilt the A-568 transaxle to new specifications, so am confident it will hold together. It is now time to order up a clutch and pressure plate, and I am looking for recommendations. I want to ensure I get solid lockup, but I have a weak left leg, so need to keep clutch pedal effort in mind.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
