    Cam Seals

Do I need to pull the cams to change these or can I get away with just taking off the valve cover and loosening the cam caps?

Don't even need to remove the valve cover, just remove the gears and pry out the old seals, clean the bore with brake cleaner, install new seals with Aneorbic sealer on the outside, done.

Wrong side but thanks that helps. I hear doing anything timing belt related in a PT Cruiser sucks a$$ so I'm trying to avoid that for the time being.
