You'll need an easy out. Should be able to find one at sears or your local Grainger store. The dealer used to have them.

I have tried several different EZ outs and nothing will move.
however I am wrestling with this thing on a work bench and trying to remove them by hand.
I am afraid of breaking of the EZ out off in the fitting.
would heating the housing help? or that a bad idea?

well.... 2 strikes and I am out !
I have 2 turbos with broken fittings.
completely broke the cast housing on the first one, but I got the broken fitting out.
second one I cracked the housing and the fitting still won't budge.

good thing I have some other spare turbos !

    Re: brass coolant fittings

Best way to remove broken fittings in the Mitsus is with a small grinder. We carefully grind the inside diameter of the fitting until you reach the bearing housing threads. Then pick the brass out from the threads.

You can always try running it without coolant flow to the turbo. Use good synthetic oil and you should be fine.

+1 I have run a couple turbos that way with very good results. Water cool it if you can, treat it right if you can't.

A little heat with a small propane torch will help. I had the same problem and that's how I got it out with an easy out
