What purpose do these serve? We need a write up or something here! LOL
Well if you have a RMVB from turbo action they wold have modified it greatly removed valves balls and but another plate in between the upper and lower half. This shows how to assemble what is left. the 3 balls instead of 8 and and 7 instead of 9 valves.
I rebuilt mine and couldn't get it together correctly so i called up Turbo action who makes this RMVB and they sent me these pics. It is a great unit it shifts really crisp and chirps the tires between 1 and 2 even at 50 mph.

NOPE! i put thoe one ball in a chamber instead of on the end of the valve i hope that fixes my issue
