It's the first I have bought yes, rented before. Fixed rate 30 year mortgage, at 4.8 percent! House was a forecloure, but in good shape and not trashed.

It's got a 9000 sq ft lot, and I plan to make access on the side for cars to get in the back. Not big enough for an rv, but measured and my mopars and sho's will fit. Plus the bank paid to repaint and carpet the interior, so it's move in ready. Should get the keys this week.

The back yard has a huge covered patio, and lots of concrete, so there is places to park them.

Alan if your serious, I probably would let you.

All for the low, low price of just $.30 a square foot too!!

Seriously though, sounds like you got a fantastic deal, and did it right! Should be many years of happiness!

Nice white 88 Shadow ES 2.2turbo/auto yesterday-in the Jyard Power drivers seat in pretty good condtion, whole interior was nice save for the dozen or so religious stickers on the dash Someone grabbed the Garrett turbo already and get this, it has an 83 bathtub 445 head on it. I figured it prolly dropped an exhaust valve destroying the motor (non turbo valves most likely) but they were all intact.
