Shelby Charger restoration -- Airdam extension mounting

Quick question for you folks: What did Chrysler use originally to mount the airdam extensions on an SC? I have the bracket with (3) 10mm bolts that fastens the extension to the front airdam as well as the (2)fastening clips that go on the stubs which go through the fender. What type of screws/buttons were used to mount the edge of the extension to the fender in the wheel well? Hope my description makes sense. Thanks in advance for the help.

BTW: Pictures of original, low mileage SC's would be a plus!

Pat, I did not take any pics at the time but the 62k mile Blue SC you seen in my junk yard had phillips head screws holding the extensions on. I can take a pic of the screw so you can see what it is if you like.

I'm pretty sure they used a few screws through the sides of the air dam into the fender, at least that's what my cars have and all others I've seen.

They used screws at the top and bottom at the wheel opening.

They had nothing going into the fender itself? My '83 has a plastic rivet (same as on the ground effects), but I did notice the newer ones didn't have that rivet. I thought they just changed the piece and added the fastener to the underside.
