Are you talking about putting in the Rad/IC/fan assembly?
It is not a direct bolt on IIRC, the top mounts do not line up. Also, the fans or the fan plugs on the fan motor are different and need to be swapped. If you have both you'll see what I'm talking about.
Correct it is not the same parts so wont directly bolt up, but it will fit and with a little customization on the mounting method, will work.

i understand the difference, i had to run so i didnt have time for detales, i just want to move my stock rad over to the pass side about 3 or 5 inches and hopefully fit the i/c on the driver side, figire i will have to cut the top rad hose and put a pipe in for the length and just cut the bott hose shorter at the pump, that seem about right?
Yes, but what are you going to mount the IC to for my own curiosity? The Factory tII radiator has brackets for the IC to attach to.
might try the factory, but prob just make something for the time being
whats does IIRC mean?
