mario if i cant use the sensors for my 58mm TB then id include them as well...if not I do have some spare sensors kicking that im sure work...or can get soem at the J yard in 2 weeks if u can wait that long.

EDIT...not sure if them brackets are on the cooler, or if i even still have them....i do remember using some for mock up...but i do have a few coolers here....id recommend a good cleaning as last time I used this I had blew a turbo up and split the shaft in 1/2 making a big mess in the intake track

That last one looks like a Spirit RT intercooler to me. I have a GLHS intercooler and it looks just like the CSX intercooler but without the third mounting point on the side. Mine still has the Shelby Automobile sticker on the side.

nope im 99% positve its a GLHS cooler after seeing some pics over the years, as well as a few rare ones though ebay

the S cooler inlet pipe is about twice as long in length as the other coolers, with more of a U shape to the pipe

edit: also you can notice that this particular IC has the mounting tabs built right into it....rather then the brackets having it..

maybe im wrong tho?

Let me get a better pic of the decal on the intercooler I have. I'm 100% sure you have a RT cooler and not from pictures but pulling them off of stock cars and holding then in my hands.

do u have pics of the GLHS ic brackets as well??

just hoping someone can help identify this IC....I dont think its a R/T cooler because it would have the tab welded to the IC near the headlight. the vnt rad bolts up from the radiator to this IC, but only has the lower mounting tab to sit in the rubber, and has the tab welded to the sided of the ic to mount near the headlight.

this ic here mounts to the side of the radiator, and has 2 rubber tit locations, top and bottom, I havent seen a L body rad in a bit but I thought they had rubbers on top and bottom? with L shaped brackets with a bolt studded into them...then they held the rad with nuts through the upper rad support.

I used the brackets to mount the Super 60 intercooler I have installed now. They are very similar to the CSX brackets. I'll snap some pics of the installed assembly. The radiators from L bodys have a "U" shaped bracket that slips over a nub the the "U" bracket bolts to the rad support.

I had forgotten about the VNT cars as I have only owned T-I, II and III's. (sorry to the TIV owners out their, I'll remember next time)The second intercooler could be from a 1990 TIV car.

ok id still like to see pics of them!!! yes i had someone over here 2day and went home and checked a 1990 FSM and he said he believes its a 90 VNT intercooler now.

89 daytona short throw shifter $60

I have a 87 CSX. I installed the VNT Daytona 568 Trans in the car with all cables w/Shifter+ linkage. Will this fit..I think the Daytona donar was a 91..

Also is this a MP shifter too.. or cut down modified..

its a stock shifter from the 89 daytona shelby. i believe it was the only car that came with these, unless all 89 TII cars have it?? its for A555/520 trannies with the reverse lockout ring. its like 1" shorter then the 87 CSX one. not sure if the actual throw was shortened on the shifter cable end?

it will not work with your 568 trans...you need a fidanza or B&M short throw and FWD P sells them....the fidanza is 1/2 the price last time i checked, altho im not sure what the difference is.
