    Differnce between 89 stamped and cast control arm bushings????

    I havea set of urathain controll arm bushings for cast control arms but all I have laying around are 89 stamped controll arms. Whats the differnce between the 2 bushings?

    sell them and get a set of Energy Suspension bushings for the 89/90 arms.
