I am selling the Turbo Z as I have no time for it and want to fund my hunting and fishing habits.
I bought the car last winter as I wanted to save it. Payed $750 for it with a crappy set of crab wheels and tires. I then put $1250 into it in performance parts etc. I put an 88 T2 bottom end with an 87 T2 top end new mopar performance head gasket and mopar performance head bolts. It also has an 88 T2 A555 but needs a clutch (still drives and shifts through all 5 gears just fine), I think or may need the cables adjusted. (I have the A520 that was bolted to the 87 T2 engine that was in it when I bought it.) Would probably make a good parts car.
Car has roughly 54000km on the odo, but I can not tell you if it has rolled over 100000 or 200000 km.
THE GOOD:
-2 piece Ported intake, has been blasted (just aluminum finish)
-2 piece fuel rail with Forward Motion Adjustable Fuel Regulator
-+40% Injectors (less than 500km on them)
-52mm Throttle Body
-Has a Fully ported exhaust manifold, done by the Turbos Unleashed porter.
-Stainless FWD Performance turbo lines (less than 500km)
-Red Magnecor Wires with less than 500km
-3Bar map sensor, I socketed the SMEC and currently it has a Turbonator 8/18lbs Cal in it (but never installed the 255 so it does not have the fuel to ignite the fire)
-Brand new innovative LC-1 Controller with XD-16 Gauge Kit (installed but not calibrated)
-Comes with 2 Sets of Crabs 15x6.5 (have bad tires) (1 set of wheels has rash the other set has been re done in silver, no rash at all)
-Comes with 1 set 15" Eagle alloys with rubber on them 50% tread (225/50/15)
-Extra Gas tank with a brand new never used Walbro 255 Intank (not installed)
-Dynamat Hood insulation, Cut not installed.
-Has Poly Bushings Front, Pass, and tranny mounts installed and alternator bushings.
-Direct Connection Window Louvers.
-Nice Clarion Head unit installed with Clarion 5.5's in the doors.
-Interior is Nice Black cloth, rear seat is ruined where the leak in the hatch is.
-Has the T2 Short Shifter.
THE BAD:
Rust issues, the body its self is pretty solid except for floor pans, the drivers side is rotten up into the firewall Passengers could be as well. Has some minor rear fender rust.
No Bobble strut Installed.
There is a rotten spot on the seam in the hatch under the weather stripping that leaks. The T-tops leak, window scrapers are cracked, T-top moldings are cracked/broke.
Will start and drive but does not have a licence sticker so no test drives.
