I'll have to check back with the first link as they haven't posted the 2009 schedule yet. The cindyscca has an autocross on the weekend before we are there, but not on our weekend.

Thanks for posting those links up James.

Brian and Ileana had their honey-moon last year at SDAC! Nothing wrong with that!

Aw crud - I asked for the wrong days off!!! Alright - gonna go talk to my manager right now. I'm glad you posted up the dates so early - it shouldn't be a problem to switch the vacation days around this early in the year.

The real problem is whether or not I get this years SDAC car ready in time!

I'd steer clear of NASA... poor safety history and regs IMHO (personally witnessed). I'm sure there are different opinions on the matter but I try to avoid them like the plague. Who knows though... maybe they've gotten their act together by now.

When I heard that SCCA was allowing NASA licenses, the first thing that came to mind was, "Great. Now I'll have more sheet metal to fix."

    But I digress.....

I'll bend some ears at Cincy and WOR about an AutoX. AutoX schedules are flexible unlike Road Course schedules. No promises tho...

I was actually having very nearly the same reaction times as with Pit Bull, my 05 SRT4 that is the back up to Matchbox! Those 2.7 short times made me want to open the door and push!

In the OH/KY/IN area there, there is Argosy Casino, Paramount's Kings Island Amusement Park, a huge indoor go cart track, plenty of shopping, Wright-Patterson Air Museum, etc. I'm sure the locals can recommend even more.
