88 T1 SMEC 60 Way Connector PIN 39 !!

Hi,

am I right in assuming, that on the 60 Way Connector of a 1988 T1 SMEC pin 39 is the Wategate Solenoid PIN?

I am confused, because all over the internet inkl. Minimopar the answer is yes, but in the 1988 Factory Service Manual it is Purge Solenoid???!?

The 89 FSM says it's the Waste Gate Solenoid.

yep I could confirm this, and I think it is unlikely that they changed it between 88 and 89. It is just we are having a problem right now and in the 88 FSM it is completely unclear...
