Re: Getting out of Dodge sale!

Here are the head flow numbers from Tyler.

    Big valve head w/manley valves.

    Per Tyler:

I checked all the installed heights and lifts and you should be able to run up to a .600" lift cam with no problems. I set the installed height to 1.700”. This will give you about 130lbs on the seat, and 285 open.

    Here are the flow numbers.
To show the benefit of the big valve upgrade, I first tested your head after I had completed all of the port work, but before I had taken it to have the larger seats put in. I used a back cut, SS +1mm valves for the test, so it would have been accurate to what the head would have flowed as a +1mm head. The percent gains are still the gain over the stock head.

    Flowbench Results:

    Intake
    Lift - Stock / +1mm / Big Valve - % increase over stock
    .100 - 47.3 / 52.5 / 52.5 – 11.0%
    .200 - 88.5 / 107.8 / 106.0- 19.8%
    .300 - 111.2 / 133.3 / 142.9 – 28.5%
    .400 - 127.5 / 153.4 / 162.1 – 27.13%
    .450 - 132.3 / 156.3 / 166.9 – 26.2%
    .500 - 135.2 / 162.0 / 171.7 – 27.0%
    .550 - 135.2 / 163.0 / 175.5 – 29.8%

    Exhaust
    Lift - Stock / Ported - % increase
    .100 - 41.6 / 49.7 / 51.7 – 24.3%
    .200 - 71.9 / 82.0 / 90.7 – 26.1%
    .300 - 92.1 / 99.3 / 118.0 – 28.1%
    .400 - 105.5 / 121.8 / 137.1 – 30.0%
    .450 - 107.4 / 131.4 / 142.0 – 32.2%
    .500 - 108.4 / 138.1 / 146.7 – 35.3%
    .550 - 107.8 / 142.9 / 147.0 – 36.4%

    VNT A/C Compressor w/new clutch W/drier (new/never run) $80
    Alternator $20
Would like a pic of the A/C stuff here. And also what alternator is it? Nippo or bosch? Condition?

One other thing, thought I'd ask since you said not everything is listed, do you have a 3 bar MAP sensor for sale?

Re: Getting out of Dodge sale!

    PM sent on the cummins.

I do have the 3 bar map, but it's currently on the vehicle. If the it does not sell within a few weeks, the car will be stripped and scrapped, and anything on the car (check the for sale listing) will be listed for sale shortly after.

I'll have to get back to you on the alternator, as I have no idea which one it is, and I'll get pics of the a/c stuff as well. Wed/thurs.

Would the TU turbo lines fit a T3 as well?

Is the TU Header cast iron? Does it come with the oil and coolant line extensions?

It's the newer version, not the old welded "l" version. Still in the box w/all the pieces directly from TU. Never installed or fitted/modified.
