Power Steering Question... "Plastic Rack Bulk Head"

I'm trying to get some new rack and pinion seals for my '89 Caravan (since it dumps about a quart of PS fluid a week).

I called up Carquest, and they said the only listings they have for PS seals come as a whole kit, and I need to know whether or not my van has a "Plastic Rack Bulk Head" to get the right kit.

...which begs the question.....

...........What the heck is a plastic rack bulk head?

nevermind, I just found out I can get a whole rebuilt rack and pinion for not much more from Advance and my buddy will install it for a lot cheaper so it's about the same price.

ebay usual has some deals. I bought one from a vendor, as did DodgeZ and altered7151.
Heres a link. This is the same vendor we bought from. No complaints. Maybe it'll save you some cash over Advance.
